Coaching Career
I began my coaching journey at Arena Sports, where I worked with players ages 2–16 across a wide range of skill levels. Coaching such diverse age groups helped me develop strong teaching fundamentals, adaptability, and an ability to meet players exactly where they are in their development. It also sparked the passion I now bring to every training session.
Today, I run private training sessions for players throughout the greater Seattle area, focusing on technical development, decision-making, and confidence on the ball. I draw heavily from my college playing experience to help athletes push to the next level—whether their goal is making a select team, competing in high-level leagues, or preparing for collegiate play.
Playing Experience
My playing career began with Seattle United at age 10, where I competed at the Premier and ECNL levels and developed a deep understanding of the technical and tactical demands of elite youth soccer. I continued my career at Eastern Oregon University, playing for the men’s soccer program and contributing to a national tournament appearance during my senior season.
Since graduating, I’ve had the opportunity to play for several semi-professional clubs, allowing me to stay connected to the competitive game and continue learning from high-level environments. These experiences shape my coaching philosophy and inform the training I provide to players looking to elevate their performance.
Off the Field
I earned my degree from Eastern Oregon University in Human Performance with an emphasis on Exercise Physiology, which allows me to bring a science-based approach to training—focusing on movement efficiency, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development. I’m now continuing my education at the University of Washington, where I’m pursuing my Doctor of Physical Therapy. This path not only strengthens my understanding of biomechanics and rehab, but directly enhances the way I support players through smart, effective training.
I also stay active outside of the soccer field by lifting, running, biking and anything that keeps me moving. And when I’m not training or studying, you can usually find me watching movie. I’m a huge movie buff and love exploring everything from new releases to classic films!
